PharmaText ("we", "us") is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your data. This policy outlines how we handle data during our Pilot Program.

2. Data Processing & AI Training

Critical Note for Pharma Partners: We do NOT use your proprietary uploaded documents, generated drafts, or workspace data to train our public Large Language Models (LLMs).

Your data is processed within an isolated environment. External foundation models (e.g., via API) are accessed with "Zero Data Retention" policies enabled, meaning your inputs are not stored by the model provider for training purposes.

3. Data Collection

We collect:

• Account Data: Name, email, and professional role.
• Usage Data: Metadata on how you use the platform (e.g., number of documents processed) to improve performance.
• Content Data: Documents uploaded for processing. These are encrypted at rest and accessible only by authorized users in your workspace.

4. GDPR & Your Rights

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact privacy@pharmatext.ai for requests.
