PharmaText is an AI-powered drafting assistant. By participating in our Pilot Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Compliance & Liability (Important)

Human-in-the-Loop Requirement

PharmaText is a support tool, not a replacement for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review. You acknowledge that AI models can make errors ("hallucinations").

You agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all content generated by the Service before using it publicly or submitting it to health authorities. PharmaText disclaims all liability for non-compliant content.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the documents you upload ("Input") and the content generated by the tool ("Output"). PharmaText retains ownership of the underlying software, algorithms, and workflows.

4. Pilot Feedback

As a Pilot Partner, you agree to provide reasonable feedback on the product's performance. You grant us a license to use this feedback to improve the Service.
